- • As a Patient Experience Advisor at Press Ganey Associates, LLC, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to healthcare clients, owning the day-to-day relationship and driving measurable improvements in patient experience by applying deep healthcare industry knowledge and data-driven insights to guide clients toward high-impact strategies.
- • You will lead the execution of client improvement strategies, coordinate across internal support teams, develop a nuanced understanding of client stakeholder challenges, and align Press Ganey’s solutions to support strategic decision-making while delivering both on-demand and proactive improvement support using analytics and thought leadership.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with consulting, marketing, data science, and knowledge management teams to create innovative resources such as toolkits, blogs, case studies, and scalable insights; partnering with Application Support Specialists for timely follow-through; and working with product, technology, and delivery teams to identify market trends and inform future solution development.
- • You will coordinate and present regular client performance reviews in partnership with the Managing Director, lead and support industry programs, webinars, online communities, and events that foster client networking, and collaborate with the Growth team to identify client needs and deliver best practice recommendations that drive measurable impact.

- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in patient experience improvement methodologies, healthcare analytics (including HCAHPS and CG-CAHPS), strategic consulting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful change in healthcare delivery and building lifetime loyalty for clients through enhanced human experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare with a strong focus on patient experience improvement
- • In-depth knowledge of Hospital CAHPS (HCAHPS) and Clinician & Group CAHPS (CG-CAHPS) required
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with polished executive presence
- • Strong grasp of improvement methodologies, data analytics, and industry best practices
- • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements

- • Competitive base salary range of $81,000 - $115,000 with eligibility for discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results
