📋 Description

• • As a Payer Enablement Specialist at Tava Health, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the company’s payer infrastructure, ensuring accurate payer configurations within the EMR, fee schedule management, and documentation workflows that support scalable payer operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining payer configurations in Tava’s EMR, translating payer requirements into system logic, managing fee schedules and validating contracted rates, maintaining SOPs and insurance articles, partnering with Payer Operations, RCM, Product, and Payer Partnerships teams, and auditing configurations to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
