📋 Description

• As a Payment Operations Manager at TENTENS Tech, you will play a critical role in optimizing payment systems and enhancing the user payment experience across social discovery platforms serving over 20 million users worldwide. This role is central to ensuring high-performance, reliable, and scalable payment operations that directly impact business growth and user satisfaction.
• You will manage payment processing routines, configure acquirers, monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, approval rates, VAMP, and chargeback rates, conduct A/B tests, validate decisions with analytics, and coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement.

• In this role, you will develop strong operational and analytical skills under mentorship from experienced colleagues, gain exposure to strategic decision-making, and grow your expertise in payment systems, data-driven experimentation, and product economics within a fast-scaling, high-load environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT, Big4, or FMCG in roles such as Analyst, Operations, or adjacent functions
• Proficiency in working with large data sets using BigQuery SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets
• Understanding of core product metrics and unit economics
• Knowledge of how to properly design and interpret A/B tests
• Ability to communicate information clearly and structurally in both tasks and cross-team collaboration
• Experience leading end-to-end projects, managing expectations, and taking ownership of outcomes
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
