- • Serve as the primary owner of RiseGuide’s payment infrastructure, driving optimization of payment success rates through data-driven analysis and technical improvements.
- • Analyze and identify growth opportunities to enhance payment routing efficiency, reduce friction, and increase conversion across global payment channels.
- • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize monetization strategies, payment flow configurations, and tax burden reduction initiatives.
- • Monitor and improve key business risk metrics including VAMP, fraud rate, and dispute rate through systematic analysis and process refinement.
- • Implement new commercial and technical payment solutions to improve service quality, reduce processing costs, and support scalable global growth.
- • Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, assess payment performance, and evaluate ROI of payment-related initiatives.
- • Work extensively with large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and leverage SQL and Tableau for advanced analytics and visualization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and legal teams to align payment strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- • Proactively identify bottlenecks in payment workflows and initiate changes that lead to measurable improvements in operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- • Take full ownership of payment operations, making autonomous decisions with accountability for business impact and financial results.
- • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, advocating for data-backed changes that drive commercial success.
- • Stay updated on global payment trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging PSP technologies to ensure RiseGuide’s infrastructure remains competitive and compliant.
- • Contribute to the scaling of payment systems to support rapid user growth, with a focus on reliability, cost-efficiency, and user experience.
- • Act as a strategic partner in the expansion of RiseGuide’s business model, translating financial insights into actionable initiatives that fuel revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in analytics, auditing (Big4), corporate finance, investment management, or payments
- • Proven ability to build complex financial models and work with Excel/Google Sheets and large datasets
- • Experience with SQL and Tableau is a significant advantage
- • Understanding of payment processing (MIDs, PSPs, chargebacks, routing) is a plus, but ability to quickly learn new systems is essential
- • Demonstrated experience managing business processes, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing ROI-positive initiatives
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building systems from zero and scaling them rapidly
