• The Payouts team is responsible for the end-to-end processing of payouts across various countries. This involves meticulous management of payment flows, close collaboration with diverse banking institutions and strategic partners, and a constant drive to optimize operational performance and efficiency.
• In this role, you will be entrusted with ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all payout transactions. This requires a deep understanding of payment processing cycles, reconciliation procedures, and the ability to navigate complex financial systems.
• You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our banking partners and other third-party providers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
• A key aspect of your responsibility will be to monitor payout performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance speed, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
• You will be involved in the investigation and resolution of any discrepancies or exceptions within the payout process, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in payment operations, specifically with a focus on payouts or disbursements.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Proficiency in using financial software and tools; experience with payment platforms is a plus.
