- • As our Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of payroll for our expanding workforce. This is a critical position that demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and employee satisfaction.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes managing all aspects of payroll data entry, calculations, and disbursements, adhering strictly to company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- • A significant part of your role will involve managing complex paid leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and other statutory or company-specific leave entitlements. You will ensure that leave balances are accurately tracked, updated, and reflected correctly in payroll processing, providing clear and timely information to employees regarding their leave status.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders. This requires excellent communication skills to explain payroll information, resolve discrepancies, and provide support with professionalism and empathy.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and managing our payroll systems, with a strong emphasis on ADP. You will be responsible for system configuration, updates, and ensuring the system accurately reflects all payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefit deductions.
- • You will conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. This includes preparing and filing payroll tax reports accurately and on time.
- • You will collaborate closely with the HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other business functions, such as benefits administration, timekeeping, and financial reporting.
- • You will stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations, particularly those pertaining to US payroll, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance. This proactive approach will safeguard the company against potential penalties and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
- • For candidates with experience in India payroll, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the scaling of our global operations. You will be instrumental in supporting payroll processes in India, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices, and potentially assisting in the development or refinement of our India payroll infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on US payroll processing.
- • In-depth knowledge of ADP payroll systems (e.g., Workforce Now, RUN Powered by ADP) and their functionalities.
- • Comprehensive understanding of US federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- • Experience managing complex paid leave programs (vacation, sick leave, FMLA, etc.) and ensuring accurate accrual and usage tracking.
- • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- • Experience with India payroll is a strong plus.
