Payroll & Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits execution across Malaysia and selected overseas entities, playing a critical role in supporting employee trust and organizational integrity.
• • You will own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, validate inputs such as joiners, exits, allowances, incentives, claims, attendance, and deductions, and manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax compliance.
• • You will work within a highly motivated, flat-organization team focused on engineering and product excellence, collaborating closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors to scale operations across markets.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in regional payroll compliance, strengthen your analytical and process improvement skills, and contribute to building scalable, audit-ready payroll systems as the company expands globally.
