Payroll & Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits execution across Malaysia and selected overseas entities, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time every cycle.
• • You will own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including validating inputs such as joiners, exits, allowances, incentives, claims, attendance, and deductions, while managing statutory submissions and compliance with local labour laws (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• • You will work closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors in a flat, highly motivated organization focused on engineering and product excellence, contributing to Bjak’s mission of building superior application platforms globally.
• • You will gain deep expertise in multi-country payroll operations, statutory compliance, HRIS systems, and process improvement, while developing strong analytical and coordination skills in a high-trust, high-precision role supporting audit readiness and compensation analysis.
