- • The Payroll Coordinator ensures accurate and timely payment processing for a distributed workforce of 300–500 employees, maintaining the financial integrity of WeLoglobal’s global operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and verifying timesheets, processing payments, reconciling payroll runs, tracking overtime and PTO, resolving finance tickets, and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and reports.
- • The role operates within WeLoglobal’s Operations team, supporting a fast-growing global data company that provides multilingual data and evaluation services for GenAI systems through its Welo Data brand.
- • This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in payroll operations, financial data management, and process improvement within a scalable, international environment, with potential for growth into broader finance or operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, finance operations, or an administrative role requiring attention to detail
- • Hands-on experience managing large spreadsheets (500+ rows) and using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables
- • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and maintaining complex workbooks, data validation, and report generation
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- • Clear written communication in English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
