📋 Description

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for Safeguard Global’s workers post-onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Process payroll for workers across EMEA regions, adhering to company policies and local governmental regulations in supported countries.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, including out-of-balance reports, to ensure precision in all payroll outputs.
  • Review and approve payroll reports against internal data and client-provided inputs to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update employee records prior to each payroll cycle, ensuring all data is current and complete.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workers regarding payroll-related queries and provide timely responses.
  • Manage the funding and billing process for payroll, including completing charging sheets and generating accurate sales invoices.
  • Store and maintain all worker documentation throughout the employment lifecycle in accordance with in-country compliance and record-keeping guidelines.
  • Handle employment contract changes, including salary adjustments and benefit modifications, after initial onboarding.
  • Execute compliant offboarding procedures for workers on both indefinite and fixed-term contracts, including voluntary and involuntary terminations.
  • Ensure background checks are completed where required before the first payroll run through implementation.
  • Monitor and maintain KPIs, internal reporting, payroll schedules, and master payroll input on a periodic basis.
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain and relay expert in-country payroll requirements during the worker’s employment lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability to identify, resolve, and mitigate payroll issues.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work independently with initiative, demonstrating self-direction in a remote, global environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and the local language of supported EMEA countries, both in writing and orally.
