📋 Description
- • As a Payroll Incident & Risk Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of global payroll risk and incident management, leading critical programs to enhance risk posture, drive resolution of high-impact incidents, and partner across teams to embed risk-aware thinking into everyday operations.
- • Day to day, you will design and oversee global risk management frameworks for payroll operations, own and evolve the global payroll risk register, lead cross-functional risk assessments, serve as the escalation point for complex or high-impact payroll incidents, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts, mentor team members, design and deliver training sessions, and translate incident data into cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- • You will join the Payroll Strategy & Compliance (PS&C) team within Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.
