- • As a Payroll Lead, Implementations for Denmark (Nordics) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics with a focus on Denmark, playing a critical role in enabling global businesses to compliantly hire, pay, and manage international teams through Remote’s innovative HR platform.
- • Day to day, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects from inception through parallel runs and the first month of live payroll, act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, attend sales calls, participate in client handover and kick-off meetings, develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensure documentation of all decisions for Payroll Operations visibility, mentor and support Payroll Generalists, and collaborate with internal teams on UAT testing and platform improvements to ensure process consistency and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
- • Expert legislative knowledge in the Nordics with specialism in Denmark
- • Payroll implementation experience
- • Strong experience using Intega payroll software in Denmark
- • Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software such as SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets
- • Experience in accounting and reconciliations
