- • Lead the end-to-end setup of new client payrolls, including pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings.
- • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for payroll onboarding to ensure consistency, quality, and a repeatable process as we scale.
- • Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through data collection, system setup, and go-live.
- • Liaise with the wider payroll team, onboarding team, customer success, and product to ensure a smooth handover, aligned timelines, and resolution of any issues that arise during setup.
- • Flag recurring pain points, bugs, or feature requests to the product team based on what comes up during onboarding.
- • Support payroll migration projects as needed, moving clients from existing systems onto our platform.
- • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- • Experience setting up or onboarding new payrolls onto a system or platform.
- • Comfortable liaising across multiple internal teams and directly with clients.
- • Strong attention to detail, particularly around system configuration and data accuracy.
- • Comfortable creating and maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
- • Able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
- • Able to work UK business hours.
