- • As a Payroll Specialist at KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple international entities, directly supporting employee trust and organizational integrity in a fast-growing, innovative travel technology company.
- • You will manage end-to-end payroll operations for monthly and fortnightly cycles across global jurisdictions via Cloudpay and ADP, including data validation, calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, and year-end processing, while maintaining rigorous controls and compliance with local tax, social security, and employment laws.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll systems, regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and cross-functional collaboration with People, Finance, and external vendors, positioning yourself for career advancement in payroll leadership while contributing to process automation and operational excellence.
- • You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees worldwide, resolving payroll inquiries with professionalism and empathy, managing payroll-linked benefits, and ensuring audit-ready documentation, all while driving continuous improvement in payroll efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery through proactive issue identification and solution-oriented collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional payroll qualification (e.g., CPP, FPC, or equivalent local certification)
- • Proven hands-on experience as a Payroll Specialist with expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration in at least one jurisdiction
- • Proficiency in payroll software including ADP, Cloudpay, or Workday, and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
