- • As a Payroll Specialist at KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant global payroll operations across multiple international entities, directly supporting employee trust and organizational integrity through precise financial execution.
- • You will manage end-to-end payroll cycles—including monthly and fortnightly processing via Cloudpay and ADP—handling data validation, calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, and year-end reporting, while serving as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • You will join a highly motivated, detail-oriented Finance team within KAYAK’s Global Payroll function, where innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement are core values, and you’ll collaborate closely with People, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll accuracy across jurisdictions.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in global payroll compliance, multi-currency processing, and payroll technology systems, while developing leadership-ready skills in process automation, audit readiness, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a growing, innovative travel technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional payroll qualification (e.g., CPP, FPC, or equivalent certification)
- • Proven hands-on experience as a Payroll Specialist with expertise in local tax laws, benefits administration, and payroll software (ADP, Cloudpay, Workday, or similar)
- • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and strong analytical skills for data validation, variance analysis, and discrepancy resolution
