📋 Description

• As a Payroll Specialist at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will play a key supporting role in the Finance Team, ensuring accurate and timely global payroll processing across international entities via external providers like Cloudpay and ADP.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing monthly and fortnightly payroll cycles, validating payroll data, preparing inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, equity changes), reviewing outputs for discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and employment regulations across jurisdictions.
• You will be part of a highly motivated, professional Finance Team that values numbers, controls, and compliance, operating within a fast-paced, innovative travel company that values process improvement and employee growth.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in global payroll operations, strengthen your analytical and process-improvement skills, gain exposure to international compliance standards, and contribute to audit-ready documentation while supporting employee inquiries and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional payroll qualification
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in local region
• Solid understanding of local regulations, tax laws, and benefits administration
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Cloudpay, Workday) and MS Office (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Excellent attention to detail and track record of accuracy in data entry and payroll processing
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with employees and departments
