📋 Description
- • As a Payroll Specialist III at Pax8, you will own and elevate payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a fast-growing global organization.
- • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle payroll operations, validate and reconcile payroll inputs, review third-party outputs, maintain payroll schedules, identify and escalate risks, collaborate with People Operations and Finance, support audits, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience managing payroll across multiple countries
- • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements
- • Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers
- • Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis and reconciliation
- • Experience with modern payroll systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines
