- • As a Payroll Specialist Lead - Japan (Individual Contributor), you will serve as a subject matter expert for Japan payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of payroll for Remote’s global workforce in Japan while driving process improvements and mentoring team members.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing including statutory filings, payments, approvals, and exceptions; maintain data integrity and quality; reconcile payroll accounts; monitor KPIs and SLAs; support payroll specialists; back up regional managers; and collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Product, Engineering, and Payroll Implementation teams.
