📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll operations in the Netherlands, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee compensation across international teams.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance; maintain data integrity and quality; process payroll journals and reconciliations; monitor KPIs and SLAs; mentor and support junior payroll specialists; and back up regional managers during absences.
• • You will join the Global Payroll Operations Team at Remote, a fully remote company with team members across six continents, dedicated to solving global employment challenges through innovation, automation, and AI-driven HR solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international payroll systems, lead process improvements, develop mentoring skills, and contribute to a culture of asynchronous work and continuous learning while ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices globally.
