📋 Description
- • Coordinates and processes all aspects of payroll including tax levies, garnishments, taxation, deductions, and special pay to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles.
- • Validates pay entries and conducts audits during each payroll cycle to identify and correct abnormalities before processing.
- • Reviews audit reports proactively to detect accuracy issues and implements corrective actions in alignment with established payroll procedures.
- • Ensures full compliance with Federal, State, and Local payroll regulations across all processing activities.
- • Approves and processes off-cycle payments according to organizational policies and procedures, ensuring proper escalatory approvals are obtained.
- • Analyzes and resolves payroll-related issues by responding to inquiries from associates, managers, and timekeepers regarding time, pay calculations, and deductions.
- • Serves as the primary point of contact for employees seeking clarification or resolution on payroll questions and processes payroll tickets to successful completion.
- • Supports accurate payroll reporting and analysis by maintaining detailed records and generating required documentation.
- • Enters historical payroll corrections into the time and attendance system in accordance with established policies and within designated deadlines.
- • Works flexible hours as needed to meet critical payroll deadlines and ensure uninterrupted payroll operations.
- • Collaborates with the GBS Manila team to educate on U.S. payroll processes and review pay corrections for accuracy and consistency.
- • Maintains strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee payroll data.
- • Demonstrates strong prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage high-volume payroll tasks efficiently.
- • Utilizes Microsoft Office/Office 365 tools to perform data analysis, reporting, and communication related to payroll functions.
- • Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures while supporting project-related initiatives within the Payroll Service and Operations team.
