Your work directly supports the company’s mission to provide accurate, secure, and efficient title services across its Mortgage Services, Commercial, Direct, and Agency divisions, enabling smooth closings for high-value transactions.
- • You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from single-property examinations to multi-site commercial transactions requiring days or weeks of detailed analysis, where precision in interpreting legal descriptions, deeds, liens, easements, leases, and subleases is critical to establishing a clear chain of title and mitigating risk for clients and underwriters.

- • You will independently identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in public records through meticulous research and documentation, collaborating with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of title work products.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, paperless environment, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, property data platforms, and company systems to maintain high productivity while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
