📋 Description

• The People AI Operations Lead is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, designed to bridge the gap between AI potential and operational reality within Vibe’s People function by building and enabling AI-driven tools that transform high-friction workflows.
• Day to day, the role involves building AI agents and automations for recruiting, onboarding, performance cycles, and HR operations using tools like n8n, Claude Code, and Notion AI; leading the internal AI Champions program; partnering with Engineering on infrastructure and governance; defining responsible AI usage standards for PII and data handling; and measuring adoption, time saved, and team productivity gains.
• Vibe, Inc. is a fast-growing streaming TV advertising platform founded in 2022, trusted by over 10,000 brands and reaching 120M+ households, with $100M revenue run rate in under two years and backing from top-tier investors including Hedosophia and Elaia.
• In this role, you will learn to operate at the intersection of People operations and applied AI, gain end-to-end ownership of internal tool development and enablement, shape company-wide AI governance in HR contexts, and become a multiplier who builds systems others can scale — all while working closely with the CPO and executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years shipping internal tools, agents, automations, or workflow systems for non-technical users in production
• Strong hands-on builder with Python or TypeScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation; shipped products matter more than a CS degree
• Deep familiarity with modern AI and automation tools, including at least two such as Dust, n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, MCP, Retool, or Airtable scripts
• Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders across People, Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, or Product
• Strong process and workflow judgment: able to observe teammates, identify high-leverage automation opportunities, design better systems, and create operational leverage
• Bilingual French/English operator with strong ownership, high judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to train teams without creating dependency
