📋 Description

• The People & Culture Internship at SkyNRG supports the team in fostering an inclusive, people-first culture while contributing to the company’s mission of leading the energy transition through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This role is vital to ensuring SkyNRG grows sustainably—not just environmentally, but socially—by enhancing employee experience and engagement.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting onboarding for new hires, contributing to DE&I initiatives and team-building events, assisting with internal communications and culture engagement tracking, supporting HRBP processes like talent reviews and survey analysis, coordinating learning and development activities, and collaborating with the People & Culture team and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• SkyNRG is an international scale-up founded in 2009, dedicated to producing and supplying high-integrity SAF to reduce aviation’s climate impact. The company operates with a mission-driven, innovative, and collaborative culture, backed by certifications like RSB EU RED and CORSIA, and guided by an independent Sustainability Board.
• The intern will gain hands-on experience across core People & Culture functions, develop practical HR skills in a fast-growing sustainability-focused organization, contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape company culture, and build professional confidence in an inclusive, multidisciplinary environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student enrolled for the full duration of the internship
• Currently pursuing a relevant degree such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Work and Organizational Psychology
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Full-time availability for a 6-month internship starting September 2026
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with care
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented working style
