- • HighLevel Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and technically adept People Data & Analytics Lead to join our dynamic CPO’s Office. This senior individual contributor role is pivotal in establishing and scaling a world-class analytics capability that serves as a high-touch service for our internal stakeholders, including the People team, executive leadership, and management across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in transforming complex organizational goals into actionable people strategies, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.
- • In this role, you will act as a Lead Strategic Partner, collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff to translate HighLevel's ambitious organizational objectives into impactful people strategies. Your ability to synthesize vast and complex datasets into compelling, executive-ready narratives will be crucial for simplifying intricate information and ensuring alignment among leadership. A key aspect of your contribution will be proactively identifying and surfacing organizational risks, such as emerging trends in attrition, engagement, or performance, before they can negatively impact the business. You will also drive the People Analytics roadmap, ensuring that data priorities are intrinsically linked to HighLevel’s long-term growth and overarching organizational strategy.
- • Embracing a customer-obsessed approach, you will design analytics solutions with a "User-First" mindset. This involves translating complex workforce data into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and presentations. Your strength in visual storytelling will be essential to distill ambiguity into clear, decision-ready insights that empower executive leaders. The focus will be on delivering actionable recommendations rather than merely presenting raw data, ensuring that every insight generated leads to meaningful organizational action. You will engage in collaborative problem-solving, partnering directly with functional leaders to translate their most pressing business questions into structured data narratives.
- • Furthermore, you will serve as a critical data translator, simplifying complex workforce models for executive audiences without sacrificing analytical rigor. This role demands a specialist who can seamlessly transition from deep-dive workforce modeling to facilitating high-level executive discussions within an agile, fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be vital in enabling data literacy across the organization, empowering leaders at all levels to understand and utilize people data effectively.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve advanced workforce modeling and forecasting. You will lead initiatives in headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling, providing critical data to inform financial and operational decisions. Establishing high-value, standardized metrics across the entire talent lifecycle—from retention and engagement to organizational design and compensation—will be a core deliverable. You will own complex, multi-workstream analytics initiatives from their inception through to implementation, ensuring that the insights derived are seamlessly embedded into the company's regular operating rhythms and decision-making processes.
- • To ensure the integrity and reliability of our people data, you will establish excellence standards for data governance, metric definitions, and quality controls. This will involve influencing the data infrastructure by partnering with HRIS and Data Engineering teams to guarantee the availability of necessary data inputs for sophisticated analysis. A key objective will be to optimize for scalability, improving automation and reducing manual reporting through strategic process optimization, thereby ensuring the analytics function can effectively scale alongside the company's rapid growth. Your work will directly contribute to HighLevel's ability to make data-informed decisions about its most valuable asset: its people.
