- • As Harvey AI Inc.'s founding People Data Analytics Lead, you will establish the technical foundation for the company's people analytics function, enabling data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle to support rapid scaling and talent excellence.
- • You will build a unified view of Harvey's workforce by connecting data from recruiting, onboarding, engagement, performance, mobility, retention, and exit systems, creating actionable narratives that identify where talent thrives or faces challenges.
- • You will partner with Data Engineering, Security, Total Rewards, Recruiting Ops, PBPs, People Systems, and Finance to design and govern a scalable people data layer in Snowflake, ensuring data quality, role-based access, and trusted analytics.
- • You will define Harvey's people metrics dictionary, develop forecasting and segmentation frameworks, and move beyond reporting to surface leading indicators that inform strategic workforce interventions.
- • You will build executive dashboards and self-service analytics tools that empower partner teams to derive insights independently, while setting standards for data craft and mentoring others in analytics best practices.
- • You will leverage AI-native workflows to automate analysis, accelerate impact, and scale your influence as a technical leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in people analytics, HR data, or workforce analytics, preferably at a high-growth tech company
- • Proven track record of building people analytics functions, frameworks, or methodologies from scratch
- • Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries, validate data quality, and collaborate on schema design with data engineers
- • Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse, with Snowflake strongly preferred
- • Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- • Direct experience with Workday (HRIS) and an ATS, including understanding of HRIS data structure and common data integrity issues
