- • As a People Enablement Partner (Recruiter) at Legora, you will be the engine behind scaling the company with top-tier talent in the UK while shaping the broader People agenda globally. This role is critical to Legora’s mission of redefining legal work through AI-native technology, as you will directly enable the hiring of exceptional individuals who build and scale products trusted by global law firms across 40+ countries. Your work ensures that Legora attracts not just skilled professionals, but mission-aligned teammates who thrive in a high-growth, high-impact environment where collaboration with legal experts is foundational.
- • You will own and execute full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the UK, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market, and operational functions, managing everything from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation. You will act as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, advising on organizational design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience, ensuring processes are fast, fair, and outcome-focused. You will build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical current and future roles across key markets, championing an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding. Additionally, you will partner on key People initiatives such as performance management systems, leadership development and manager enablement, learning and development programs tailored to a high-growth environment, and headcount planning, compensation considerations, and succession tracking for the UK team.
- • You will work directly with founders, hiring managers, and team leads across locations, serving as a key People partner for the London office while collaborating with the global People team based in Stockholm, New York, and Sydney. - • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Legora’s talent foundation in the UK from the ground up, influencing not only who joins the team but how they grow, perform, and lead. You will gain deep exposure to building People functions in a high-growth, VC-backed startup environment, developing expertise in strategic talent acquisition, organizational design, and People operations. You will also grow your ability to balance operational execution with strategic influence, working closely with senior leaders to align hiring with business outcomes while contributing to programs that enable performance, leadership growth, and long-term employee success in a high-stakes, high-impact domain.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from a high-growth environment such as a startup, scale-up, or VC-backed company
- • Proven track record of hiring across commercial and strategic roles including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy
- • Ability to think holistically about talent and its connection to business outcomes, not just filling roles
- • Experience building foundational People systems while executing at pace in rapidly scaling organizations
- • Naturally collaborative and consultative style, with comfort taking ownership and driving work forward independently
- • Passion for people — whether identifying talent, enabling performance, or supporting long-term growth
- • Comfort thriving in ambiguity, seeing challenges as opportunities to build, and prioritizing outcomes over unnecessary complexity
