- • Facilitate all People Operations functions including benefit administration, visa-related requests, policy updates, and compliance documentation to support global employees.
- • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data across HRIS (HiBob) and global payroll platform (Deel) with precision and consistency.
- • Manage the full employee life-cycle: onboarding, internal operations, offboarding, and ongoing employee experience initiatives.
- • Drive continuous improvement and automation of People processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability across global operations.
- • Provide administrative support to employees and leadership teams, ensuring seamless coordination of HR-related tasks.
- • Foster a positive workplace culture by acting as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and operational needs.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align People Operations with company-wide goals, particularly in a high-velocity, AI-first environment.
- • Maintain up-to-date policy documentation and ensure alignment with evolving company standards and global regulatory requirements.
- • Support employee engagement through proactive communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable systems that reflect ElevenLabs’ commitment to excellence in every operational detail.
- • Adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and multiple concurrent projects without compromising accuracy or employee experience.
- • Embody the company’s culture of impact over titles by taking ownership of tasks across the People function, regardless of formal scope.
