- • As a People Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be a critical member of the rapidly growing People team, directly influencing how the company supports its employees and contributes to its mission of reducing financial stress for over 90% of Americans by helping them manage their car and home ownership through Jerry’s AI-powered super app.
- • Day to day, you will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding new hires, managing employee transitions, planning and executing company-wide and team events (both in-person and virtual), drafting and distributing internal communications like newsletters and updates, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems, handling administrative tasks such as I-9 verification and benefit administration, and identifying opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows using AI and automation tools.
