  • • As a People Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission to empower everyday Americans to take control of their car and home ownership through innovative AI-driven solutions.   • • You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding of new hires to managing transitions, ensuring every team member feels welcomed, informed, and supported from day one. As a culture ambassador in a remote-first environment, you will plan, organize, and execute meaningful in-person and virtual events — including offsites, team gatherings, and company-wide celebrations — to strengthen connection, foster belonging, and reinforce Jerry’s values of curiosity, egoless collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.
  • • You will serve as a key conduit for internal communications, drafting and distributing clear, timely, and engaging updates such as company-wide newsletters and leadership messages, ensuring information flows effectively across distributed teams and that everyone remains aligned with company goals, milestones, and cultural initiatives.
  • • You will maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR systems and records, handling critical administrative functions including I-9 verification, benefits administration, employment verification letters, and data entry — ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and operational reliability in all people-related processes.
  • • You will proactively identify and drive process optimization opportunities within People Operations, leveraging AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and free up bandwidth for higher-impact strategic initiatives — positioning the People Ops function as a scalable, tech-enabled partner to the business.
  • • You will partner closely with managers and teams across the organization to support employee relations, policy adherence, and talent development efforts, acting as a trusted resource who balances empathy with professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
  • • You will contribute to building a high-performance culture by helping design and implement recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and learning opportunities that reinforce Jerry’s commitment to growth, innovation, and employee well-being.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • • Experience or demonstrated interest in HR, People Operations, or a related function, preferably within a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional communications and engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple concurrent tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with HR processes.
  • • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • • High level of maturity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
