- • Serve as the primary People Operations partner for assigned ambulatory surgery centers, building trusted relationships with center leaders and team members.
- • Partner with leadership teams to support team member engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- • Support employees and managers through organizational change, helping create a positive and consistent experience during periods of growth and transition.
- • Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability through coaching, feedback, and practical tools that enable effective people leadership.
- • Provide guidance related to compensation practices, benefits, HR policies, and employee programs while ensuring consistent application of Compass standards.
- • Identify trends and opportunities across supported centers and collaborate with the broader People Operations team on solutions.
- • Help reinforce Compass culture, values, and operating practices across diverse teams and locations.
- • Maintain appropriate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance standards when handling sensitive employee matters.
- • Balance the needs of multiple locations and priorities while operating independently and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist, HR business partner, or similar role with broad exposure across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- • Experience supporting leaders and employees in a dynamic, multi-site, or field-based environment.
- • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and compliance considerations.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels.
