📋 Description

• People Operations Generalist role supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and global operations, to ensure a high-quality employee experience and scalable people practices.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HRIS data (Rippling), acting as a contact for employee and manager inquiries, supporting performance cycles, administering global benefits, coordinating talent acquisition logistics, assisting with international employment setup, contributing to People initiatives like manager training and benefits rollouts, and identifying process improvements using AI and automation.
• Maze Labs is a Series B, remote-first user research platform scaling globally, backed by top-tier investors, with a mission to make user insights accessible and central to product decisions across industries like B2B SaaS, finance, and automotive.
• The role offers exposure to both operational execution and strategic People Operations initiatives, enabling growth in HR generalist skills, global compliance, compensation frameworks, and AI-driven process optimization within a high-impact, collaborative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Total Rewards
• Proven ability to manage and maintain high-quality, reliable people data across systems and processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment (ideally startup or tech)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams
