• • Rillet Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and innovative People Operations Manager to build and scale our people function, matching the company's rapid growth trajectory. This is not a traditional HR role; we are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, embraces AI-driven solutions, and is eager to own the entire people operations spectrum as Rillet expands from 85 to over 200 employees within the next year.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing and refining the core operational backbone that supports our growing team. Your responsibilities will span the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and efficient offboarding to meticulous payroll processing, complex immigration case management, comprehensive benefits administration, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our people function, eliminating friction and enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional value.
• • A key aspect of this role involves taking ownership of our HRIS and broader people technology stack. This goes beyond mere administration; you will be actively involved in designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, automations, and reporting mechanisms. The goal is to create a lean, efficient, and data-driven people operations function that leverages technology to its fullest potential.
• • Embracing an AI-first mindset is crucial. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to integrate smart tooling and AI solutions to automate manual tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and significantly improve the overall employee experience at Rillet. This includes exploring how AI can streamline processes, provide better insights, and free up valuable human resources for more strategic initiatives.
• • Beyond operational efficiency, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our company culture. Partnering closely with leadership, you will develop and implement strategies to preserve and amplify the unique Rillet culture as we grow. This involves ensuring that our core values and collaborative spirit are maintained and enhanced, rather than diluted, by rapid expansion.
• • You will also be involved in managing various workplace-related matters that arise in our offices on a day-to-day basis. This includes contributing to the development and scaling of our office presence in New York City and San Francisco, ensuring that our physical workspaces support productivity, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.
