- • Own end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, promotions, transfers, and leave administration within your region.
- • Ensure all employee lifecycle moments are delivered with precision, consistency, and empathy, recognizing their impact on employee experience and company culture.
- • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records aligned with local employment laws and regulations across multiple geographies.
- • Execute and continuously improve existing HR operational systems and workflows using Rippling and adjacent tools, identifying gaps between documented processes and actual execution.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including EE Partners, Workplace, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of people operations.
- • Proactively manage upcoming lifecycle events rather than reacting to them, building a system where managers and employees trust the process.
- • Surface process improvement opportunities with clear data: identifying what’s breaking, how often, and the operational cost of inefficiencies.
- • Build and maintain relationships with regional vendors and compliance contacts to support localized HR needs.
- • Deliver a customer-first experience to all employees, treating every interaction — from first day to departure — with care, clarity, and professionalism.
- • Ensure all HR operations are executed with attention to detail, even in unseen or low-visibility tasks, valuing craftsmanship in process design.
- • Adapt to evolving employment practices across regions, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning in HR operations.
- • Close at least one meaningful process gap within 90 days and demonstrate measurable improvement in execution quality.
- • Support compliance with local labor requirements, ensuring all employment actions are legally sound and properly documented.
- • Act as the operational anchor for employee lifecycle events, preventing missteps, missed steps, or communication breakdowns.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, reliable, and human-centered people operations function as Fluidstack expands globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience executing HR or People Operations processes with attention to detail and accuracy
- • Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple concurrent employee lifecycle events
- • Customer-first mindset focused on employee experience during critical moments like onboarding, leave, and offboarding
- • Ability to learn and operate HRIS platforms such as Rippling or similar systems
- • Understanding of regional employment laws and compliance requirements
- • Intense curiosity about process design and a passion for improving systems that serve people
