- • As a People Operations Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting the company’s mission to build superior application platforms globally while contributing positively to society.
- • Day to day, you will prepare and manage HR documentation (employment letters, confirmations, transfers), maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal systems, support onboarding and offboarding execution, track attendance and leave records, administer benefits including insurance enrolment and claims, and assist with HR data audits and compliance checks.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization where all members are expected to be hands-on and directly contribute to the company’s mission of digitizing insurance and integrating AI into emerging applications.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end HR operations, gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems and compliance processes, and strengthen your ability to manage multiple HR functions with precision and discretion in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles
- • Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
- • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
- • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
