People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a People Operations Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting the company’s mission to build superior application platforms that contribute positively to society through efficiency and innovation.
• • Day to day, you will prepare and manage HR documentation (employment letters, confirmations, transfers), maintain employee records in HRIS and internal systems, support onboarding and offboarding processes, track attendance and leave, administer benefits, and assist with HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity.
• • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team at Bjak, a leader in Southeast Asia’s insurtech space serving over 8 million users, operating in a flat organization where hands-on contribution and engineering/product excellence are valued across all roles.
