📋 Description

• • As a People Operations Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting the company’s mission to build superior application platforms globally while contributing positively to society through efficiency.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and managing HR documentation (employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers), maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS and internal systems, supporting onboarding and offboarding execution, tracking attendance and leave, administering benefits, and assisting with HR data audits and compliance checks.
• • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization, where all members are expected to be hands-on and directly contribute to the company’s mission of integrating AI into emerging use cases.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in HR operations, gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data integrity processes, and build a strong foundation in employee lifecycle management within a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
