- • As a People Operations Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting the company’s mission to build superior application platforms that contribute positively to society through efficiency and innovation.
- • Day to day, you will prepare and manage HR documentation (employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers), maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal systems, support onboarding and offboarding execution, track attendance and leave records, assist with benefits administration and claims coordination, and support HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization where all members are expected to be hands-on and directly contribute to the company’s mission of digitizing insurance and building AI-integrated applications serving over 8 million users across Southeast Asia.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in HR operations, gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems and compliance processes, strengthen your organizational and data management skills, and contribute to scalable people processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles
- • Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
- • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
- • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
