- • As a People Operations Specialist (HRBP) at Sportygroup B.V., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals in a dynamic, global organization based in Mumbai. Your work will directly impact talent retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness by ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- • You will manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and offboarding to engagement initiatives and policy implementation — while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters, including benefits, grievances, and performance processes. Your proactive approach to identifying process improvements and supporting hiring mandates will enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the employer brand.
- • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to assess HR needs, develop data-driven strategies, and deliver regular employee reports that inform decision-making. Your ability to balance independent execution with consultative partnership will ensure HR solutions are both practical and aligned with business objectives.
- • You will contribute to building a strong employer brand by leading talent retention ideas, organizing team-building activities, and supporting global initiatives such as annual retreats, helping Sportygroup maintain its reputation as a stable, multicultural, and impact-driven employer.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Indian labour laws, HR analytics, stakeholder management, and end-to-end HR operations within a BPO-influenced environment. You will gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and leveraging data to drive insights — positioning yourself for growth into senior HRBP or HR leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Graduation in any discipline, with a Post-Graduation in HR or Psychology preferred
- • 3–6 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Operations roles, preferably in a BPO environment
- • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations, talent management, hiring, performance, and wellbeing initiatives
- • Ability to work independently with end-to-end accountability for employee lifecycle processes
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Strong data management and presentation skills, with capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- • Availability to work from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai
