- • As a Customer Education Manager at Wiley, you will play a key role in supporting renewable revenue and advancing Wiley’s customer-first strategy by developing and improving digital education experiences that help customers maximize the value of Wiley’s products and agreements.
- • You will lead content development for Success Hub, design and build courses in Wiley Academy, create engaging training materials (videos, guides, infographics), produce and edit training videos, repurpose content across formats, support webinar delivery and APAC event operations, maintain version-controlled content libraries, and collaborate cross-functionally to align training with customer needs and business goals.
- • You will be part of Wiley’s Sales Operations organization, working within a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and driving what’s next to power infinite possibilities for customers, colleagues, and society at large through science and learning innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design, e-learning development, and digital content creation while gaining experience with LMS platforms, video production tools, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, fast-paced environment focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, digital content creation, or customer education
- • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Skilljar or equivalent) and Content Management Systems (e.g., AEM, Webflow, or equivalent)
- • Hands-on experience with instructional design or authoring tools such as EasyGenerator, Articulate, or similar
- • Experience with video creation or management tools is strongly preferred
- • Comfortable collaborating across regions and time zones, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
