- • The Home-Based QA, Documentation & Executive Support Specialist role is critical to ensuring software quality, clear user documentation, seamless client onboarding, and efficient executive operations for a growing technology and consulting firm. This position directly supports the CEO and contributes to the reliability and usability of AI-powered platforms, making it essential for maintaining high standards in product delivery and client satisfaction.
- • Day to day, the specialist will execute detailed test scripts, document bugs with screenshots and severity levels, perform regression and exploratory testing, write screenshot-heavy user guides for non-technical users, create and maintain SOPs and FAQs, guide clients through platform onboarding via video calls, assist with data uploads, track onboarding progress, conduct research on competitors and industry trends, prepare meeting notes, manage calendars and correspondence, handle document formatting and proofreading, perform data entry and cleanup, and support the CEO with any ad-hoc tasks requiring precision and timeliness.

Over time, they can grow into broader operational, product, or client success roles while contributing to meaningful product improvements and client satisfaction in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- • 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant/virtual assistant or in software testing/QA
- • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- • Familiarity with SaaS products, web applications, or tech startups
- • Experience writing user documentation, help articles, or training materials
