- • The Contracts Administrator I ensures all contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed accurately and timely on both vendor and client sides, reducing risk through quality reviews and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and revision of contracts for goods and services, updating and maintaining internal databases with legal documents and summaries, preparing contract briefs and revisions, tracking authorizations and correspondence, maintaining audit files, preparing contract change notices, performing closing activities, and analyzing and mitigating risk.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes while meeting deadlines
- • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups, and aptitude for technology and data systems
- • Ability to interpret complex information and work accurately with large data sets
- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and maintain detailed, organized files
- • Fluent in English with effective communication and team collaboration abilities
