• • As a People Operations Manager based in Athens, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the people operations landscape for our growing Greek team. This role is a unique blend of hands-on operational execution and strategic process ownership. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure the seamless execution of critical employee lifecycle processes, including contract management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and overall employee administration. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering a robust team culture and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all.
• • This is a foundational People role, offering you the significant opportunity to define and structure how people operations are managed and executed within our Greek entity. You will have the autonomy to build and refine processes, establishing best practices that will scale with the company's growth. While payroll, accounting, and legal compliance will be managed in close collaboration with our trusted external accounting and legal partners, your focus will be on the human elements of our operations: driving company communications, coordinating employee initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience, and championing operational excellence.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical People Operations functions. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and continuously improving core People processes, ensuring their successful adoption through proactive communication, clear documentation, and meticulous, structured execution. A key part of your role will involve managing all employment contracts and HR documentation, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant Greek labor legislation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the payroll processes with our external accountants and payroll providers, acting as the central point of contact for these critical functions.
• • Furthermore, you will lead the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, meticulously crafting each stage to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every team member. You will actively support performance tracking and related People processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and the documentation of these activities. To foster a strong sense of community and engagement, you will take the lead in organizing internal team events and culture initiatives designed to strengthen team cohesion and morale. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records will be paramount, ensuring ongoing compliance with all local labor regulations. Additionally, you will provide essential support to recruitment processes when needed, focusing on coordination, candidate experience, and interview logistics, ensuring a positive impression of Kiefer Inc. throughout the hiring journey.
