  • • As a People Partner at Lindus Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s people function across the UK, US, and EU, directly supporting the mission to accelerate clinical trials and bring life-changing treatments to patients faster. This is not a maintenance role—you will design, improve, and own scalable People Operations systems that enable sustainable growth and high performance.
  • • Day to day, you will: act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness; own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding) across multiple jurisdictions; build and maintain meaningful people dashboards tracking attrition, engagement, and performance to drive data-led decisions; ensure compliance with local employment laws by owning and updating policies, handbooks, and benefits administration via PEOs/EORs; lead key People initiatives such as engagement programs, L&D, and organisational change with clear objectives and measurable outcomes; and leverage HRIS and automation tools to streamline processes while preserving the human touch.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in international HR operations, scalable People Systems design, and strategic business partnering. You’ll gain experience influencing leadership through data, coaching managers to build capability, and shaping an employee experience that is proactive, purposeful, and aligned with the company’s growth trajectory—setting you up for advancement into senior People or HR leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or People Partner roles
  • • Proven experience owning or overhauling an HRIS or People Systems, not just using them
  • • International workforce exposure, with minimum experience in UK and US contexts
  • • Track record of building scalable processes and rolling out company-wide initiatives
  • • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people insights to business outcomes
  • • Demonstrated calm, credible judgement in employee relations, organisational change, and high-pressure situations
