📋 Description

• As a People Partner at CoMind Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people foundations of a fast-growing neurotechnology company developing non-invasive neuromonitoring solutions that improve brain disorder diagnosis and treatment globally.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, manage ER cases independently, coach first-time managers, design and deliver training programmes, own HRIS operations (including HiBob), co-manage UK and US payroll, administer contractor lifecycles, maintain accurate and practical HR policies, and drive wellbeing initiatives across both regions.
• You will join a mission-driven team at CoMind, reporting to the Senior People & Operations Manager, supporting HQ in London and a remote US team during a critical scaling phase where your generalist expertise will directly influence culture, compliance, and employee experience.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in transatlantic HR operations, strengthen your ability to partner with business leaders, refine your skills in ER case management and training design, and gain hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in HR processes — all while contributing to a company advancing life-saving clinical technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid People Partner experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Strong working knowledge of US employment legislation and good grounding in UK employment law
• Experience managing ER cases independently with sound judgement and escalation awareness
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to mixed audiences
• Practical experience running HiBob or comparable HRIS for compensation reviews, reporting, and employee surveys
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in HR workflows such as drafting, policy review, and training preparation
