📋 Description

• As a People Partner at Rho, you'll be a trusted advisor to local people managers and a steady, familiar presence for employees across the business.
• This role blends local partnership with broader program ownership, requiring you to be the face of the People function for managers and employees in the Salt Lake City office.
• You'll work closely with the Lead People Business Partner and the broader People team, collaborating on cross-functional and cross-geography projects.
• Your day-to-day will involve building or improving processes, leading cross-functional projects, owning global People initiatives, and presenting process or policy changes to managers.
• You'll also coach managers through performance conversations, answer employee benefits questions, and process new hire paperwork.
• As a People Partner, you'll serve as a trusted partner to local people managers, support employees across their time at Rho, and partner on employee relations.
• You'll own the operational and administrative work of running a People function, spot gaps, and build better ways of doing things.
• You'll be a visible, trusted face of the People function for managers and employees in the Salt Lake City office.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• A natural instinct for partnership - you build trust with managers and employees quickly and keep it over time.
• The ability to speak fluently to a People team's mission and make it tangible in day-to-day work, not just on paper.
• Exceptional attention to detail and real pride in precise, accurate work.
• High ownership and follow-through: you take a challenge and run it to resolution.

• Target compensation range of $85,000 - $130,000.
