- • The People Partner, Agent Development role is a strategic HR position focused on supporting Sierra Technologies' engineering and technical teams through employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement initiatives, organizational design, leadership coaching, and data-driven people insights. This role matters because it directly contributes to building resilient, high-performing teams aligned with Sierra’s mission to create more human customer experiences with AI.
- • Day to day, the person will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, manage HR systems and records, oversee onboarding processes, develop and implement HR policies, design engagement programs, partner with leaders on organizational structure and talent alignment, coach managers on people challenges, and use organizational data to proactively address risks and improve talent decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in human resources or people operations, ideally in a fast-growing environment supporting Engineering organizations
- • Demonstrated expertise and understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic impact
- • Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other technical teams
