- • Day to day, the role involves building deep partnerships with senior leaders, advising on talent planning and organizational design, supporting performance management processes, coaching managers through change, and using data and AI to improve people programs and decision-making.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic HRBP functions within a high-growth SaaS environment, gain experience influencing C-suite leaders, shape talent and retention strategies, and strengthen your ability to drive organizational change through data-informed people solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience, with at least 5+ years supporting GTM, Sales, or Revenue organizations in SaaS or AI companies
- • Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Demonstrated experience navigating large-scale business model or go-to-market transformations
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- • High adaptability and effectiveness in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including comfort with async and global teams
