  • • Own and maintain the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data across all systems, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and role changes.
  • • Administer and optimize compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, equity grants, payroll alignment, and annual review cycles to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • • Design, execute, and improve cyclical People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent reviews, ensuring timely delivery and data integrity.
  • • Analyze People data to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, diversity, and hiring effectiveness, supporting data-driven decision-making for HR leadership.
  • • Maintain data integrity across all HR systems by auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and implementing automated validation rules to reduce manual errors.
  • • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to align People systems with organizational goals and ensure seamless cross-functional workflows.
  • • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for People operations tasks to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer across the team.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support on HRIS functionality and data access.
  • • Partner with IT and vendor teams to manage system integrations, feature updates, and user access controls for HR platforms including Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
  • • Track and report on key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, retention rates, promotion velocity, and compensation band adherence to support strategic workforce planning.
  • • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and internal policies by maintaining accurate records and implementing audit-ready documentation practices.
  • • Proactively identify inefficiencies in People processes and propose scalable solutions using automation, workflow tools, or system enhancements.
  • • Support global People operations initiatives by adapting systems and reporting to accommodate evolving workforce needs across U.S. locations.
  • • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the employee experience through better systems, clearer communication, and streamlined HR workflows.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data and ensure all actions align with company privacy and data security policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience working in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • • Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data and translating insights into operational improvements
  • • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operational tasks with accuracy
  • • Experience designing and improving HR processes and documentation, including SOPs and workflow automation
  • • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and IT teams to align systems and data
