📋 Description

• The People Systems & Operations Lead is a hands-on builder role focused on architecting and owning Elliptic’s People technology ecosystem to enhance employee experience at scale through automation, integration, and AI-powered workflows.
• Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining workflow automations across HRIS, ATS, and collaboration tools (e.g. HiBob, Ashby, Google Workspace, Slack), designing AI-driven processes using Claude, creating self-serve systems for employees and managers, and improving reporting and analytics for people data.
• Elliptic is a global leader in digital asset decisioning, providing blockchain data and intelligence for compliance, risk management, and infrastructure, with headquarters in London and offices across major financial and tech hubs worldwide.
• In this role, you will achieve measurable impact in the first six months by eliminating manual data flows, increasing visibility of key people metrics through automation, partnering with the People team to enable self-serve knowledge systems, unlocking team capacity via automation, and developing a scalable people tech roadmap for medium-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• First-hand experience using AI tools like Claude to build or enhance processes, including prompting, workflow integration, and agentic task design
• Demonstrated track record of building within technology systems — not just administering them — with proof of shipped automations, owned integrations, and delivered self-serve systems
• Experience connecting tools via native integrations, middleware (e.g. Zapier, Make), or API configuration
• Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An eye for employee experience: building technology that reduces friction, feels human, and creates trust
