People Technology Manager

📋 Description

• • Own end-to-end strategy, optimization, and innovation of Workday modules and the broader People Technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and business objectives.
• • Partner with AVP, People Technology Transformation, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the People Technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption, automation, and data quality.
• • Define and track KPIs and OKRs related to system adoption, cycle time reduction, automation rates, and data integrity across HR technology platforms.
• • Lead the lifecycle management of Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Payroll, ensuring configuration, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• • Oversee the integrations landscape using APIs, EIBs, and middleware to ensure seamless interoperability between Workday and adjacent systems across the employee lifecycle.
• • Drive platform rationalization efforts to reduce technical debt, improve scalability, and enhance system performance and release readiness.
• • Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with high autonomy in fast-paced environments, establishing release management, change governance, and deployment standards.
• • Identify, pilot, and scale AI and automation use cases using tools such as Workday Copilot and Power Automate to transform HR processes and improve efficiency.
• • Translate business requirements from People, IT, Finance, and other departments into scalable, productized technology capabilities and platform enhancements.
• • Act as the primary escalation point for critical system issues, risks, and decisions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to global HR operations.
• • Own SOX controls, audit readiness, and governance frameworks for HR systems, maintaining documentation, audit trails, and control evidence to ensure compliance.
• • Define and enforce data ownership, stewardship, and governance models across HR and IT to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security compliance.
• • Improve employee and manager experience through intuitive, self-service design and change management strategies that drive adoption and reduce dependency on HR support.
• • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, processes, and controls with high attention to detail and discipline.
• • Serve as a strategic advisor to People leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language to support decision-making and alignment.
• • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and release cycles to proactively address issues and ensure continuous improvement of the People Technology environment.
• • Support global HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring localized compliance and process standardization within a unified technology framework.
